Mark Ward - Godless Country
released May 8, 2026
drums engineered and recorded at Berkeley Road Studio, Philadelphia, PA
MARK WARD’s anticipated fourth solo album, Godless Country, is unflinching and unabashedly unapologetic. With nine of the ten songs being fiercely political, laser focused lyrics reflect the current polarized state of the country and the mess we find ourselves in.
“The inspiration for this album came from the daily news grind, and watching the moral fabric of our country being torn apart,” said Ward. “These songs are straight from the heart and say the things out loud that many of us have been keeping inside. I’m willing to fight for this country and I’m not going down easily. I’m going down swinging.”
This music was conceived and created solely by real humans with real instruments and no AI.
